Service+ is all about you, removing the worry at a time when your attention should solely be on getting better.

Our friendly, experienced staff will authorise and arrange treatment at a time to suit you and settle accounts direct with your doctor and hospital.

We are here to help, in most cases this means we can arrange and pay for your treatment with no claim form or paperwork for you to complete. With Service+ we look after the small details that make the big difference when you are unwell, leaving you to concentrate on getting better.

Step 1
Visit your GP and, if you need private treatment, call the BCWA Helpline on 0800 294 7302.
Step 2
Our helpful staff will then authorise and can arrange your treatment over the phone. In most cases it’s as simple as that - no claim forms and no paperwork to complete. Although on some occasions we may need more medical information. We will confirm your treatment plan by phone and letter.
Step 3
Once you’ve had your consultation, please call the Helpline and let us know if your treatment has been completed - or if you need us to authorise any further treatment. We’re here to help.
Step 4
We pay invoices directly and promptly to the treatment providers - and we’ll send you details of any payments we make.

If you are given an invoice but are not asked for immediate payment, just send it to us, along with your membership details, and we’ll settle the account.

If you are asked to pay for your treatment immediately, please send us the receipted invoice, along with your membership details, and we’ll refund you directly.
