So, we have devised Personal Health cover to give you the flexibility you want by offering 5 different benefit options. And, with Service+ you'll get the comfort that comes from knowing you don't have to worry about organising treatment; just focus on getting better.
We offer a discount if you have a history of low claims, once you become a Personal Health member. If your claims for the year are less than 33% of the annual premium, we give you an extra 5% discount when you renew. If your claims continue to be below 33%, we will add another 5% discount each year, up to a maximum of 50%. In fact, all new Personal Health members enjoy a starting discount of 35%.

With Personal Health all claims are handled through Service+. This means we arrange any diagnostic tests, medical treatment and hospital accommodation covered by your policy for you, leaving you to concentrate on getting better. Remember to call us on 0800 294 7301 when you need to arrange treatment, as we will only pay for treatment arranged through our Helpline.
